Methods and services
These are the main methods and services FB & Associati offers its own Clients.

Roadmap of the public decision-making process

These people, thanks to the positions and roles they have held, their personal training and the activities they have carried out, can be considered useful partners for achieving objectives.
A brief personal profile is defined for each of the individuals singled out.

Issue Report
A concise document containing a description and analysis of the regulatory reference framework for a set issue. This contains an evaluation of the political situation and a forecast of its possible developments, whether for the general context or for legislative effects.
Survey
The survey is a kind of qualitative research where a formalized questionnaire is used to gather and analyse data.
It is a very thorough and comprehensive document making use of a scientific methodology. It identifies opinions, interprets attitudes and reveals the main issues concerning individual decision-makers, powerful people or a cross-section of these on a particular subject.
The survey is planned and managed directly by FB & Associati which identifies the field, selects the people to be involved and proceeds with the ‘one to one’ interviews in order to gather all kinds of information about interlocutors, even non-verbal communication.
An ad hoc report is therefore prepared for every interview made.
The final document is made up of two parts:
- A written section summarising the survey results;
- A representative part that, by making use of pictures, charts and histograms, highlights the relationship among the variables being taken into consideration.
Public and Government affairs plan
The plan is made up of a stage of analysis and strategic approach and goes as far as the definition of the operational communication programme.
