We are always keen to hear from professional people that have gained experience or a particular interest in the following fields:

• Public Affairs and Lobbying;
• Analysis and management of relations networks;
• Political communication and strategic analysis of the political scene;
• Regulatory Affairs;
• Coalition Building Project and legislative Drafting.

The aptitude and ability to work in a team are an added bonus, towards specific goals and to be customer oriented. A good knowledge of written and spoken English are also required.

Selection

Selection is carried out by the FB & Associati agency. Once all the profiles have been analysed, they are then sorted by professional position on the basis of the abilities and experience mentioned on the CVs .

The most interesting applications are entered into a database. An one-to-one interview will allow us, in the case of an opening, to assess better the candidate’s profile.

Introduction and training

Introduction and training plans for new recruits are intended to make their entry and integration into the group easier, as well as to assess their abilities straight away.

The training period lasts around three months and is under the supervision of a tutor.
