FB & Associati continually evaluates profiles of candidates who have gained experience in the following areas:
- Public Affairs and Lobbying;
- Analysis of the decision-making process and the political-institutional scenario;
- Regulatory Affairs;
- Drafting of legislation;
- Relations with stakeholders and coalition building.
Given the international standing of the activities of FB & Associati, the profile must be completed by a good knowledge of written and spoken English.
The most interesting applications will be evaluated thorough a first meeting, which will be followed by a technical interview and a conversation in English to assess the levels of competence achieved.
Integration and Training
The plans of integration and training for new employees aim at accelerating their placement into the working group, as well as enhancing their professional skills from the very beginning.
Each new employee has a personal development plan, providing targets, monitored and updated every six months.
The integration process takes three to six months (depending on the experience gained earlier) through the supervision of a tutor.
